Lilian E. Elepaño-Roque
She represents both local and foreign clients in various industries such as aviation, outsourcing, real estate development, securities, banking and financing, to name a few. She regularly advises these clients in all aspects of commercial dealings, such as banking and regulatory compliance issues of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), Philippine Economic Zone of the Philippines (PEZA), etc. In this regard, she also handles corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and project financing.
However, Lilian’s expertise is the handling of family law cases particularly annulment of marriages, recognition of foreign divorce and adoption which she have successfully handled with 100% success rate.
Lilian obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from San Sebastian College of Law in 2004, with flying colors (Second Honors). She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2005.
Nelson S. Roque
Atty. Nelson is a graduate of San Sebastian College of Law in 2004. He is employed as the Head of Legal Department of Universal LMS Finance and Leasing Corporation, a subsidiary of Hyundai Asia Resources, Inc.
Presently, Atty. Nelson is engaged in various civil, criminal and administrative litigation handling a variety of cases which ranges from annulment, adoption, intellectual property, collection of sum of money, estafa, replevin, theft, murder and other cases.
He also provides advice concerning donor’s tax, income and estate tax and their family businesses.
